She is an independent journalist, who has held senior, editorial positions with leading news banners -Times of India, Hindustan Times, Indian Express, Financial World, The Pioneer etc.

During this interim, she has in her profession covered — advertising, marketing, media, education, HR, real estate and environment beats. She also a partner and chief content strategist at Write Solutions, a boutique content house she founded eight years ago, marking her diversification from journalism to copywriting to media consultancy.

The 2 d’s

Her family comprises of 2 Ds - dad and daughter – positioned at the two ends of the age spectrum, she can’t say, which one of the two is more demanding and impossible.

Aarzoo is her adopted daughter. The best gift she gave herself. Like all pre-teens Aarzoo is stubborn and rebellious, and dubs her an ‘average’ mom, but, Radhika knows that she is the centre of Aarzoo’s universe.


Coming from a woman-dominated family, Radhika share an uncommon close bond with my two sisters, Poonam and Mona, and by extension, their families. They simply dote on her. Radhika is pretty sure, her two-brothers-in-law consider a wee bit loony. Yet they both stood by her, rock-solid through all her trials and tribulations.
